Shipping Policies

We currently deliver orders to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories only as default.

For shipping to international destinations, please contact us before placing an order.

We currently ship orders to Hong Kong.

For other countries, please contact us at: hello@onju.com

Our candles are mostly made to order. Please give us 2-5 days from order to ship.

Returns

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with a photo proof within 7 days of purchase. We will send out a new item as soon as possible. 

All sales are FINAL. Onju does not offer refunds on any product. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, each piece shows slight variation in the appearance. The condition of each product may vary and be sold as is. We are always happy to answer as many questions as you have before purchase.

Hold, Pick up, and Delivery

HOLD:

We cannot place products on hold before and after placing an order. Items left after 30 days are considered abandoned.

PICK UP:

Sold items as for pick-up must be picked up within 14 days. If additional time is needed, please contact us. A buyer is responsible for communicating and coordinating with Onju.

Items not picked up after 30 days are considered abandoned.
